GO Time Mall is a commercial building located at New Cairo on a land area of 18,500 m² with ground and first floor. The project consists of 60 F&B, cinema, Gym, banks and kids area.
The Geek Campus – Marakez is the extension for the Greek campus which is considered the first technology hub in Egypt and the most successful one, the project include a landscape area of 3406.2 m² which fully integrated with the interior design to be a landmark in Mall of Arabia-Marakez.
The project is located in Tanta city on land area of 6400 m2, with built up area of 2560m2 .The typical floors are designed for admin use, with prototypes units with interior design. The roof is designed to host a variety of functions (commercial, Admin, and recreational)
The project is the first financial technology hub in Egypt. The idea was to create an innovative and colorful space within the classical and monochromatic Downtown Cairo, in order to give the users the feeling that they entered an alternate dimension of inspiration and creativity. The project contains incubators and Fin-Tech start-up working spaces, as well as event halls and an innovation center, all to allow the project to become an innovative pipeline for Fin-tech ideas.
