The project is the commercial zone and a main attraction within the resort compound, with a land plot area of 19,000m2. The project contains; shops, showrooms, a supermarket on the Ground floor and 264 Serviced Hotel Rooms on the First, Second and Third floors. The shops are mostly F&B (Food and Beverage) with outdoor areas, and the rest are retail shops.
